The 40 yagi in place atop the 100 foot Rohn 55 tower. This was 3 July 2001 -- what a great sight after nearly a year of preparation and work!

The old PJ9 tower looks sad by comparison.

This is the Europe 105 CAS in the on-deck position prior to being tested and then installed.

The boom trusses were crude, but basic and effective.

Looking toward Africa from the top of the 100 foot Rohn 55 tower. It is dusk when this was taken. .

W0CG took this one looking down on the top of the PJ9JT Mosley CL-33 tribander. Nice shot of our growing pile of trash, also, as we consumed the shipment and discarded the boxes.

Sunset from the top of the tower, with the 40 yagi reflector in view. Ham Heaven??

On July 4 Bob and Geoff are wrestling the Europe 105 CAS into place as a side-mounted antenna.

At dusk on the next day, July 5, we are fixing the Europe 15 monobander in place. This antenna was designed by W8AV and built with a 38 foot boom by N8LGP.

We worked at dark because the winds "dropped" to only about 20 knots then.
