Signal Point as viewed from the cliff to the northeast. You are looking due west from this vantage point.

The house is situated on a half acre lot and enclosed on two sides by a concrete landscaping wall. The tower at the left is 80 feet, the center one (difficult to see) is 54 feet and the one at the right 100 feet of Rohn 55. The house immediately to the left of Signal Point is owned by a retired dentist from Decatur, Illinois.

Click here for a sunrise photo, a rainbow photo, and a shot of my favorite house in the neighborhood, owned by Prof. Albert Koers.

Signal Point is perched atop a small cliff, 36 feet above the turquoise Caribbean. This view looks into the Signal Point front yard from the next door neighbor's. The white concrete platform in the foreground is part of Signal Point, built in May, 2006. Click here for the view straight down over the cliff.

Kitchen area in the common room. The tilted cabinet design must have made sense to the designer, but CCC looks forward to someday having the funds to replace them!! (The range runs on LP gas.)

The small sitting area in the common room.

The Signal Point "Ocean Pavilion" and patios constructed in December of 2003, viewed from the roof of the house. There's an LP gas grill in the pavilion and a coax drop and AC outlet for a rig.
"East Sunroom" and roof terrace, together with a system of new patios, sidewalks, planters, and an ocean "Crow's Nest", constructed February-July 2006. The interior part of this room will be private to the owners, but the patios and roof are open to all visitors.
