Reporting Utility Failures - January 15, 2014

WILLEMSTAD – The toll free number to report power failures is 0800 – 0135, the overall number 463-2000 and the information numbers 463-2328 and 463-2329 have been out of service since last Saturday.

UTS is currently working on the network to resolve the problem. In the meantime, the utility Aqualectra has two temporary lines open for relaying failures.

For interference to the water network clients can call 564-2482. For electricity-related faults, they can call 528-2552.
