Notes on US/JA 15 Yagi

Reattached boom to back leg with stainless steel pipe clamp from Building Depot and a U bolt, covering all with tape and putty. Threads were treated with anti seize.

26-27 October 2011

Antenna went inop. Back of coax connector physically detached from the gamma rod when threaded center conductor bolt broke. Took down and rebuilt the connection so there would be no more possibility of failure. Put back up the following day. 100% inspection of antenna and all looks good 4.3 years after the rebuild.
