July 2005
Shipped to W6XA for repair by W0CG.
September 2005
Repairs complete, including new T/R relay and others. $300 total cost. Shipped directly to N4RV to take to Curacao in October 2005.
October 2005
Arrived Curacao inop -- RX was OK but no luck on transmit -- high SWR and almost no power output. N0YY executed troubleshooting advice from W6XA and pulling and reconnecting internal cables cured the problem XCVR is now 100 % operational.
October 27 2006
Put into service at Station # 2 during CQWW SSB after one FT-1000 and the Omni VI failed at that position. Functioned perfectly for the balance of that contest.

Tested good. Bagged in Ziploc with dessicant.

K8LEE and K6AM performed XCVR triage of all radios. Found that this XCVR 100% good.

Used transceiver on most bands, CW and SSB at Station 3 for five days and then stowed in plastic bag without dessicant. All cables and adapters are in Box 11, West bedroom.
