Shared Expenses per Operator Thus Far: Totaling the above gives $2294 shared station expenses / 8 ops = $286.75 per op. In addition there will be the usual shared expenses for the team vehicle (usually about $55/op), groceries and beverages (usually about $22/day/op), lodging (below), and the shack air conditioner if we opt to use it. Shack air conditioner cost for the whole week for CQWW SSB was $19/op. .
Lodging Expenses: We have rented the Moran swimming pool house. With the present team size, the lodging cost for the week will be about $350.56 for non-members and $269.64 for members. (These amounts are slightly higher than originally posted because of the loss of N5OT from the team.)
Grocery and Beverage Expenses: To be calculated after the contest, but usually about $22/person/day based on our experience last year. As in WW SSB in October we are using a "contract chef" for this trip and in exchange for that work, 50% of her airfare is being funded by the team. That is $404.90/8 ops = 50.61/op or $7.23/op/day.
