Shared Expenses per Operator Thus Far: $2030 shared station expenses / 10 ops = $203.00 per op assuming a team of ten operators. In addition there will be the usual shared expenses for the team vehicle (usually about $35/op), groceries and beverages (usually about $18/day), lodging (below), and the shack air conditioner if we opt to use it. Shack air conditioner cost has been about $80 for a 48 hour weekend, which is then subdivided among the operators.
Lodging Expenses: Based on this team size, lodging cost will be about $215 for the week for non-CCC members and about $165 for members. (Under CCC club rules everyone will pay for seven nights even if there for fewer.) These numbers may go up or down as team size changes.
Grocery and Beverage Expenses: To be calculated after the contest, but usually about $18/person/day.
