::: Thumbs ::: Next >> ::: The 80 meter 2 element wire beam for US/JA had been kaput. Geoff fixed it earlier in the week. The culprit was a cheapo PL-259 with a crummy green plastic insert. We knew better, but somehow this connector had gotten installed anyway. This is the barrel connector, burned to a crisp by arcing the the PL-259 that was plugged into it.
